Nathaly Santos, LCSW
Nathaly Santos is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned both her Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work. She is passionate about creating a supportive, welcoming environment where clients feel understood, empowered, and encouraged to build on their unique strengths.
Nathaly enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), self-esteem concerns, behavioral challenges, family conflict, and life transitions. She also has a special interest in helping individuals strengthen executive functioning skills, including organization, time management, emotional regulation, and problem-solving. Her therapeutic approach incorporates evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while tailoring treatment to each client’s individual goals and needs.
In addition to outpatient therapy, Nathaly has experience in child welfare and supporting children and families involved in the foster care system. She has worked extensively with children who have experienced trauma and is committed to providing compassionate, trauma-informed care that promotes healing, resilience, and lasting growth.
Nathaly is LGBTQ+ informed and an affirming ally who is dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive space where every client feels respected, valued, and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.
Outside of the office, Nathaly enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new experiences, and finding opportunities to recharge and stay connected with the people and activities that bring her joy.
