Caitlin Kolba is the Founder and CEO of StableMind Wellness. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), and DOT Qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) with over 14 years of experience in the mental and behavioral health field. Throughout her career, she has worked in outpatient therapy, community mental health, hospital systems, school-based programs, and clinical leadership, giving her a broad perspective on supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments.

Caitlin specializes in working with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, PTSD and complex trauma, depression, ADHD, life transitions, grief, chronic stress, and relationship challenges. She integrates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Brainspotting, mindfulness, somatic interventions, and Equine Assisted Psychotherapy to help clients develop resilience, strengthen self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change.

With more than 20 years of experience in the equine world as an equestrian, riding instructor, and animal lover, Caitlin has a passion for incorporating the healing power of horses into therapy. She develops individualized and group Equine Assisted Psychotherapy programs that foster emotional regulation, confidence, healthy relationships, and personal growth in a supportive, experiential environment.

Caitlin is LGBTQ+ informed and an affirming ally with extensive experience supporting individuals across diverse identities and life experiences. She is committed to providing a trauma-informed, inclusive space where every client feels safe, respected, and empowered to be their authentic self.

Outside of the office, Caitlin enjoys hiking, horseback riding, gardening, painting, and cooking with fresh ingredients from local farmers markets. She believes healing is rooted in genuine human connection and strives to create a therapeutic experience that is compassionate, authentic, and practical.
