Jessica DeFranco, LSW

Jessica has over 15 years of experience in the human services field and earned her Master’s in Social Work in 2014. She has worked with children, teens, adults, older adults, and neurodivergent individuals across a variety of settings, providing compassionate, individualized care that meets clients where they are.

Her clinical experience includes anxiety, depression, trauma, domestic violence and sexual assault, life transitions, grief, hospice care, intellectual and developmental disabilities, dementia, and supporting individuals navigating a wide range of mental health concerns. Jessica believes that caring for our mental health is just as important as caring for our physical health. She is passionate about helping clients recognize their strengths, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Jessica is committed to providing a respectful, collaborative, and affirming therapeutic environment where clients are treated with dignity, compassion, and authenticity. She is LGBTQ+ informed and an affirming ally dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming space where every individual feels heard, valued, and supported.

Outside of the office, Jessica enjoys cooking, baking, reading, and spending quality time with family and friends.
