Breanne Vanderbilt, LPC
Breanne brings nearly a decade of hands-on experience supporting children, teens, and adults through anxiety, depression, stress, and major life transitions. Warm, curious, and down-to-earth, she blends compassion with collaboration to meet each person exactly where they are, using CBT, DBT, and person-centered techniques tailored to your needs.
She’s known for a validating, encouraging presence that helps people feel genuinely seen and supported. Breanne also offers equine-assisted therapy, integrating mindful, trauma-informed work with our gentle equine partners to deepen emotional regulation, increase body awareness, and build confidence in a nonjudgmental, playful environment.
As an affirming clinician, Breanne specializes in working with LGBTQ+ clients across the spectrum of identities and experiences. She brings cultural humility, practical LGBTQ+–competent interventions, and a strengths-based approach to gender and sexual identity exploration, minority stress, coming out, relationship and family dynamics, and navigating affirming care. Breanne is committed to creating a safe, respectful space for trans, nonbinary, bisexual, queer, and other LGBTQ+ folx, and will collaborate with you to support your goals in ways that honor your identity.
Outside of sessions, you’ll find her hanging with family, staying active, or volunteering with barnyard animals (she’s right at home on the farm). We’re thrilled to have her on the team and excited for you to meet her, whether in the office or alongside our horses.
Breanne is now accepting clients. Reach out today to begin your path to healing!
