LGBTQ+ competency and specialization
Experienced working with LGBTQ+ clients across identities and stages of coming out, gender exploration, and relationship concerns.
Uses an affirming, trauma-informed approach that centers pronouns, chosen names, safety, and intersectional identities.
Skilled at supporting gender-affirming care pathways, minority-stress coping, and family or community reconciliation when needed.
Outside of work, Caitlin recharges in nature—hiking, horseback riding, tending her garden—and expresses herself through painting and cooking from the farmers market. Her curiosity and creative spirit shape a therapeutic style that’s compassionate, playful, and practical.
