Nicole Williams, LCSW

Nicole Williams is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Social Work and more than 14 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and families through life’s challenges. She brings a warm, welcoming, and laid-back presence to therapy, creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves and working toward meaningful growth.

Nicole has extensive experience working with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and stressful life transitions. Her approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and highly individualized, drawing from CBT, DBT, art therapy, ecotherapy, and other evidence-based practices to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. She is committed to providing affirming, culturally responsive care and is experienced in supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals as they explore identity, relationships, self-acceptance, and overall emotional well-being.

Nicole believes in helping clients build on their strengths while developing practical tools for emotional regulation, resilience, and healing. She especially enjoys working with children, adolescents, and young adults, using creativity, collaboration, and genuine connection to help clients feel understood, empowered, and supported throughout the therapeutic process. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family and staying active, finding balance and connection through movement, nature, and everyday moments with loved ones.
